From our workshop, we present this entirely handcrafted product, a tribute to the gastronomic excellence of our region.
Made of Galuch stingray, it was modeled with the same manual workmanship used by the Modena "rezdore".
Leather cord.
Hand sewn.

The light brown cardboard box in which it is packaged has the legend of the tortellino's birth on the back.
